- Genuinely, this captured the appeal of comics books better than most of Marvel’s movies since Iron Man 3: a pulpy, exaggerated, cathartic portrayal of genuine, common problems. The personal made absurd is one of the best things about comics, dating back to the Fantastic Four’s take on family dynamics. Very enjoyable.
